Back on the Blog!
Its been an eventful 2011, shooting Weddings, Live music, Sports and a few creative projects along the way and in that time my blog has been on hiatus.
Fear not, its going to be all colourful again. New pictures from a few 2011 projects and updates on 2012 adventures through the lens.
On that note here is a recent picture taken of Kasabian’s lead singer at the O2 Arena in December. Watch this space! <———-> ;)

Victor & Ivy’s Pre-wedding shoot

Photographer’s Notes:
I’ve been a very bad blogger for the last month as I have been working hard to get on top of my post processing queue (which I am thankfully close to finishing) so here’s a few more photos from Victor and Ivy’s pre wedding shoot that I promised last time I blogged. They are an amazing and creative couple, having thier big wedding next month in Singapore and wanted some cool portraits taken in and around thier current location of Loughborough, UK. I had an absolute blast taking these photos!
We wanted to start early, to avoid any major crowds and traffic, given that we were going to a few different locations for the shoot. I’m so glad we did! I think they were quite nervous at the start, but they soon relaxed, and it was a fun few hours. I love these images below, they just show the fun and laughter that makes their relationship so special.
First stop was the Loughborough train station (you can probably tell why we started early) which was an interesting location but totally worked as I was able to play with the beautiful low angle of the morning sun and train tracks.

After getting some fresh morning air we headed to the amazing Warwick Castle for a few fun and semi-formal shots. Ivy was a true trooper, soaking up all the compliments, wolf whisles and waves from the regular visitors to the castle as well as being very patient and fun despite being in a wedding gown in the midday sun. Victor was all smiles to be the lucky man and even got a compliment from a visitor too.

After some lunch we headed to a boat park just outside Loughborogh to enjoy a cruise. Thier charm and friendliness is so infectious even the boat park owner remembered them from a previous visit and allowed Ivy to pose on his vintage motorbike.

It turned out to be a great day and shoot, we headed to a country park to wind down before calling it a day and heading back home.

Enjoy!
