Fear not, its going to be all colourful again. New pictures from a few 2011 projects and updates on 2012 adventures through the lens.

This was my first year at Lovebox, shooting for Tilllate magazine. It is a fab experience getting involved in a festival in the UK’s capital. Having the atmosphere of big established festivals like leeds or glastonbury festival but with easy access back home.
It was a weekend long festival ( 16/17/18 July, 2010 ) with Dizzee Rascal healining on Friday, who kickied...

Liaison nights - Performers

Performers at any show or event help add a bit of extra spice to the atmosphere, always entertaining while having fun. Liaison nights had thier big 3rd birthday at the 02 venue Matter.
On the night there was a small collective of multi-skilled performance artists, nightclub performers, stilt-wearing promoters and glowing body popers who all put on a fantastic show which...

Meet Katie P.
Photographer’s Notes:
I had the pleasure of photographing Katie Parsons aka Katie P, the winner of the Trident Gum’s Perpetual Festival competition. The journalist with Kerrang! now has the amazing job of reporting back from 30 festivals over the summer for a cool £30,000.
I had an a gut feeling she would win, she was very down to earth, chatty, friendly and intelligent lady.

Sports photography: SportsVest
Photographer’s Notes:
Covered some sports early this month in Sunny Spain. Could not have asked for better weather especially when you dont have to worry about shooting at High ISO settings and worrying about noisy pictures. It was an awesome experience that I would gladly repeat especially given the beautiful mountainous landscape. Below is a view from my balcony

The Saturdays – Impulse Diaries gig.
Photographer’s Notes:
Although a few months late it was for good reason. I could not post earlier due to a few restrictions one being because it was a filmed event to be used this year in their campaign and they did not want images out before the time. The gig took place in 7th December, ‘09 and those fans who wore xmas hats had to be told to remove them as the event was being filmed :)

Hospitality at Matter
Photographer’s Notes:
This time round Hospital Records took over the superclub Matter, to bring some Drum+Bass vibez to the masses.
Waited to play around with my Nikon 10.5mm f2.8 Fish eye Lens. With f2.8 its a fast lens that adds exagerated angles and a WHOPPING 180 degree view. Matter was the best place to test it out to see how it handles and responds. Being early days I’ll not...

London has been lit up systematically from Early November and are lit after dark each day until 6th January! I missed a few switch-on ceremonies as its been such a busy 2 months.

Full Moon madness @The Coronet Theatre
Photographer’s Notes:
Undoubtedly one of the main reasons the Coronet theatre gets packed this time of the year is for the renowned ‘Full Moon’ Party.
The guys at Rough Hill went BIG with their legendary party in London full of UV mayhem! Inspiration comes from the wild beach raves of Koh Phangan.
No expense was spared as hundreds of glowsticks were given out as you entered into the main...
