Festival on the Thames!!!!!!

Photographer’s Notes:
The 2 days of the Thames Festival were brilliant. Walking round on one of my less busy days was relaxing especially when spent with friends.
My personal Highlights included:
* Free Rose wine at London bridge, We were cheeky and got 2 rounds :)
* Horoscope telling parrots near the Millennium bridge
* Taking pictures of a lovely couple near the Millennium bridge against the sunset.
* The Fire garden presented by the Fire alchemists Compagnie Carabosse
* The AMAZING GREEK food I tried in a restaurant along the thames.
*The rave on the Thames followed by Pacha :) where Mike joined me.
*And the fireworkssss
I missed out on the HAY FIGHT on Southwark bridge, especially when I met so many people telling me how fun it was :( Basically could not find a way of getting up onto it. I think I was on the wrong side, the side that said Exit only.
There was food everywhere, the music was carnival style but the DJ’s and dancers from BIGGAFISH.COM absolutely smashed it. Thier music was just the right mix of carnival tunez, R&b, UK funky house, and dancehall. Shame there are NO pics of me dancing in the street, I was on it. hahaha. :)
A short but spectacular array of fireworks rounded up the festivities. I still don’t know why I forgot to take my tripod from home. U know that feeling you have when you see everyone else prepared for an event and you’re not, yep that was me, looking like an Idiot using my mobile phone as a balancing platform. :) I had to resort to shooting hand-held with a wideangle lens. One or two pics came out alright-ish.
A series of images below from walking through the Thames Festival from the Millenium bridge to Waterloo. Everything to bring the festive cheer, fun and energy to festival goers was there. It was a fab-tastic weekend.
